I want to commend Foreign Affairs Auto! I had to have the turbo charger for my Audi replaced in 2018 and it turns out there is a class action suit for that very issue. Of course I hadn't kept a record, so called Foreign Affairs and they still had a record of that service! Now I actually may get a portion of that $2,200 bill back. Thank you, Foreign Affairs.

Went for cv boot replacement since Mercedes wanted to charge me for entire axle change (3000$+) the techs managed to get cv boot replaced after struggle , they got my car ready in the same day . The techs are hard working and will make sure your car gets the service it needs 👍 Strongly recommend . Definitely earned 5 stars in my opinion.

The overall job was completed and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, my car was left with dirty/greasy handprints on both the exterior and inside the engine bay. I’d recommend the techs take a bit more care and attention to detail when handling customer vehicles. If you love the work you do, take pride in leaving the job as clean as you found it.

That said, I do have several other services coming up for my vehicle, and I’ll give Foreign Affairs another chance to see how they perform.

My customer service representative was Yoranis Garcia. The price for the routine service was good if you only look at price, it is great if you realize a real mechanic is doing the oil change. Yoranis went WAY beyond to help me. Dave Overturf is also a great guy. If you care about your Euro car, this is the place to come. There's a reason why for over 30 years, they've been servicing the finest cars owned by people who can afford to go anywhere.
