The overall job was completed and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, my car was left with dirty/greasy handprints on both the exterior and inside the engine bay. I’d recommend the techs take a bit more care and attention to detail when handling customer vehicles. If you love the work you do, take pride in leaving the job as clean as you found it.

That said, I do have several other services coming up for my vehicle, and I’ll give Foreign Affairs another chance to see how they perform.

I love this company. I've had several foreign cars and it’s always hard to find an honest shop that really knows what they're doing at half the cost of the dealer. These guys have taken care of 4 of my imports and have never let me down. Aside from great work it’s their customer service that shines. Chris has been my service advisor for years and he's the best. Everyone over there is great and the place is always clean and comfortable. I mean they make you a latte and order an uber for you. Also they present their findings in a well documented system thats easy to understand and really helps you decide what services to have done. I can go on and on but just know you cant go wrong with Foreign Affairs!
