I just wanted to give a very honest opinion of my recent service experience. First, I had minutes before, left our local VW dealer feeling pretty bad. I had left phone messages with one of their service writers, had to drive to the dealership because my messages weren’t returned. So on my way home decided to stop in (no prior appointment) to Foreign Affairs. Was greeted by the owner, Frank Ortiz (makes a great cappuccino) and ( easy on the eyes) Leon Oxley. Told them what was going on with my car and within the hour had gotten to the real issues and not to have un necessary work, repaired the problem. They kept it overnight so they could perform the safety checks and drive it early the next morning to their satisfaction, before returning it to me. Not only did they fix it to my satisfaction, they came in under estimate AND over $1000 less than VW estimate. Gave me peace of mind, and that is priceless! Sincerely Robin Malone
